The New System is a Dam Joke, we send out parcels every day now its once a week because we make payment towards the account, we have to wait 2-3 working days to book a parcel, if this was supposed to make it better, from 100% you gone down to 0 % in 1 month in yours rating, Best Choice I ever made was to cancel my contract Other Courier Services are more than the Courier Guy but at least I get my parcels collected and dropped off Hassle Free, I still have not received my refund yet, Most Pathetic System
