New Change is not Customer Focused.

Always used Pudo lockers, and I as happy, but I should have got suspicious when the name change was advertised, saying that it is only a name change and the service will not change. The service has changed, I had to make 4 trips last week to get two parcels for the same customer in the lockers. First two times, no lockers were available, third time only one locker available, so I had to go a fourth time to get a second locker. I am hesitant to use the system now, as I run an SME, I do not have time to search for an open locker, my time and my petrol are costly, making me move to a courier that will collect from my premises, and in the long run is more affordable.
