Never using their service ever!

Parcel not delivered on day it was out on delivery...driver dropped parcel in locker instead of delivering to my door... Bad customer service when I called to enquire and still had to call them numerous times. My parcel is an extra small package paid for to be delivered to my door and my question is if I can not trust them with small items what more with bigger items. The lack of telephone etiquette and good client service at the Nelspruit branch appalled me!
