NEVER USE THESE ****MERS!!!

Dealing with this company is such a horrific nightmare. I have two packages now clearly that I wont receive the first one the discarded it apparently. The sender of my package never gave them that go ahead. Second package they also refusing to deliver. I have never in my life experienced such, the company I work for sends me things all the time using them. All other things I have ordered clothes even laptops and they have arrived at my house. Now all of a sudden we must meet a spots to get our packages. This is gotten to the point I am taking it to The Ombudsman, I can not pay for delivery and pick it up. I am a full time employee . How on Earth will I leave work to meet a driver, I PAID FOR DELIVERY FOR SUCH REASONS, I AM BUSY TO BE DRIVING UP AND DOWN. I have never experienced such a disgusting customer service also, who make up excuses and have zero professionalism.
