NEVER USE THEM!

Sent a parcel to CPT Takealot Warehouse on 10th January already. My due date was today and I booked for them to deliver. NO ONE can tell me where my parcel is. JHB is claiming they have sent it and CPT is claiming it was not received. Both depots can not give me an answer as to why it has been a week and my parcel is still not in CPT or even where my parcel is. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES!!! They have no communication skills and a do not care attitude.
