Never Use The Courier Guy

They encourage us to book online deliveries so they can scan us. This is the 3rd time it is happening to me. First time they demanded R10 000.00 excluding what I had already paid which was R3600.00. The second time they requested R900 from me apart from what I had already paid which was R4500. Currently my work equipment is being held at kaya sands head office. When I check online it has been in transit for the past 3 days. Nobody has bothered to send me an email to tell me what is going on with my parcel.

I am in need of my work equipment as that is how I make my income so I can pay them their ridiculous amounts they charge customers. Mind you I made them same order every month .
