Bad service ever

Deposit my parcel at lavender square on the 3 MAY2022. First they did not pick up my weybill number. Then they cant open the box due to technical issues. It is today the 11 May now they say the box is empty!!!

I ask what now where is my parcel and nobody cant explain what happen to it.no feedback or anything and nobody is phoning to take responsibility
