Never use Courier Guy

Once again, The Courier Guy has failed to deliver my parcel. Apparently, I was supposed to collect my parcel at the Police Station but nobody communicated that to me. On Tuesday, 3 October I called their call centre and the consultant said the parcel was still on the way and it take 5 days to deliver. Now, they just returned my parcel without even contacting me.
