NEVER TRUST THEM TO HANDLE YOUR PARCELS!! Service is disappointing

I have been dealing with courier guy for years and there service has completely dropped. I would recommend this company to handle my business parcels or have them deliver anything In future. They failed to collect parcel on the day of required and also the drivers have **** and said they were at my adress for delivery but nobody was there. The customer service via WhatsApp and email makes the customer out to be a **** and also recommend there customers to collect there parcels at the head office in jhb if there are issues. I believe I have paid for this service to be dropped off at my door not for me to collect it. Also they have a no urgency in resolving issues like this and it affects not only personal but clients business needs aswel. The Operations manager clearly does not know what he or she is doing in this position. And have no knowledge of customer service. There’s are many competitors in this industry and Courier guy has just lost a major client due to poor service..
