Never send your parcels to The Courier Guy if your location is "unreachable"

We have been using the Courier Guy services for many years, from Limpopo, Mpumalanga, and the Eastern Cape.

Being located on game farms that don't have easy access we always used The Courier Guy to hold on to our parcels until we were in town. (Maximum 1 week). We never had problems in the Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga, Limpopo Hoedspruit and Bela-Bela.

Recently we have received a notification from The Courier Guy Lephalale that they can not hold onto parcels for more than one day at their kiosk nor can they deliver the parcel to our location. They would rather hand over our parcel to Postnet to collect it there. (The Courier Guy employees said that their policy changed)

Unfortunately, The Courier Guy lost their long-standing client, and I will be moving my preferred courier service to Postnet.
