Never on time & no communication.

I've had nothing but horrible experiences with the courier guy. They never keep to their word around pick up and drop off times. They just pitch up unannounced and expect you to be ready and on standby for them. Im expecting them to collect my parcel from the beginning of the week and clearly STATED that it should be collected by 15:00 pm as im not available after that. I called in and was told some Christo is the ops manager for the area it will be collected but he doesn't answer when im put through to him. I called this morning and was told the collection is at 12pm and I hadnt gone out for lunch and they still haven't collected the parcel from me.
