Never known a company that lie so often

These guys just lie constantly. I just got a notification to say "Collection Failed" - "Company Closed". I called the company, they are open. Just a lazy driver who cannot be bothered to collect on a Friday afternoon. This has happened so many times. I will be using anyone other than Courier Guy from here on out, regardless of price.
