Never ever again! Pudo/Courier Guys

Absolutely shocked about the sevice from PUDO SA / Courier Guy. A parcel was sent to me from Calvinia last Monday, Des 9. Since Friday it was lying in the Jhb depot. Arrived in Nelspruit yesterday. Totally destroyed. Three bottles broken. Despite being bubble wrapped. Despite having fragile stickers on. Items inside broken. Submitted a claim this afternoon. AND THIS WAS THEIR RESPONCE. .Please note I would like to extend the apology of the service provided however

We regret to inform you that your consignment with waybill number ____________ has been damaged. We have noticed upon further inspection that the said consignment contained glass.

Kindly note Our Terms and Conditions state that we accept no liability for certain consignments, glass being of fragile nature falls within this category . Such consignments are transported at the senders’ own risk . At no point in time can TCG be responsible for the transport of a consignment which is excluded from the Terms and Conditions.

Do know we are sensitive to your situation but we do have a strict claims policy that we must adhere too.
