NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHIP ANAYTHING USING COURIER GUY AGAIN

Hi Have had two bad experiences with courier guy in a matter of a week. same order and same shipment. i had to ship a mirror , the fist time I trusted courier guy themselves to package the mirror as they know best how to package fragile goods. the put bubble wrap around it and boxed it with foam. all the possible fragile strickers you can think of, glass ware, breakable all over. got to my client in pieces. second time i put the mirror between two wooden sheets, wrapped it in almost a whole roll of bubble wrap and still came there in pieces. again all the stickers saying that it is glassware you can think of. I think it is ridiculous that the agents in the kiosk do thir appsolute best but the drivers and handlers just dont care. How do you break a piece of mirror that is inbetween two sheets of wood? not only did I loose alot of money doing an order twice, but even my customer said that she will never use courier guy in her life again. and you call yourself the courier guy you can trust?????? I use courier guy for all my clothing as i do printing on shirts as well, but never will i use courier guy ever again!!!!!! Give your people reading lessons and proper training and respect other peoples goods.
