Nelspruit Branch

Nelspruit Branch I have booked a collection on the 21/12/2023 09h20 in Nelspruit On the online porthole it show "collection assigned" UP to Today the 29/12/2023 I have heard nothing from them. This package should have been collected on the 21/22nd I get fantastic service from The Courier Guy in general and I am a longstanding account holder. I understand difficulties that happen in business but this is not the first bad experience with the Nelspruit branch There is definitely a problem there and should be sorted out before it spread .
