Negligent handling of items by the Courier Guy

We have a contract with the Courier Guy and have been using them weekly as part of our business. Every now and again, there has been damages, but the last two items have been severely damaged. This damage is not your normal wear and tear damage, but it has literally fell off the back of their truck a few times! It was clearly staff negligence. All photo's and emails have been sent to the Courier Guy with zero response other than the matter has been escalated (with a reference number). It is shocking that we are at the point of cancelling a contract with the Courier Guy as they just do not respond at all. Think twice before signing up with the Courier Guy.
