Negligent and Careless

We requested for the courier guy t transport our church pulpit for us from cape town to mosselbay, the pulpit which made of Perspex plastic was broken in half. after pestering them for days on end to deliver and not a single one of them had the decency to inform us of the damage until I had to call them. they refused to repair or replace it saying they don't cover Perspex, and that's the information we were not afforded before their negligence and carelessness.
