Need driving lessons!

Not very impressed with the drivers we've previously had an incident and addressed the matter, but watching how reckless they still drive especially when the weather is bad is quite concerning. I understand they probably on a deadline and stuff but be cautious of the drivers around you. Maybe they need to be trained on how to drive properly
