Since Monday the 22 September my parcel have been on the position of the courier guy in Nelspruit, in which even today the 26 September 2025 it's still with them. Upon tracking the package on their system it's they wrote delivery attempt failed due to the receiver not at the address, however they didn't call nor come to the address. All I want is my package to be delivered.

I don't know why this is happening but I can't stand this *********** nature conducted by courier guy Nelspruit. If there's someone who can help me please contact me at ***
