Nasty attitude from an employee!

I have been using Courier guy for quite sometime and I am alway pleased.The service and the bad attitute I received from one of your employees at your Middelburg EC office on 10 Dec 2024 afternoon is disheartening.She has an attitude and does not know how to deal with clients .I almost turned away had it not be for the other lady also working there who was kind and did everything to assist me. That lady seriously needs to be taken for a course on customer care or you will lose loyal clients.
