My terrible experience with The Courier Guy

I would like to share my experience with The Courier Guy. My sister arranged for a parcel to be delivered from Durban to Bethal, and it was suppose to be an overnight delivery. They stated that overnight to another province takes about 2 to three days, fine we understood. They collected the parcel on the 14th of March 2024 and I kept on tracking it. At 05:02 am on the 15th of March 2024, it was enroute from Johannesburg to Secunda, I was excited because I thought I would receive my parcel quite soon. I made a follow up on the 16th and it was still the same, I checked again on the 17th in the morning, it was still the same. In the evening of the 17th of March 2024, I got the shock of my life when I saw that my parcel was in a depot in Cape Town. How does that happen? I was only told that an error occurred I might receive my parcel on the 21st of March 2024. So I can't make travel arrangements for the long weekend because I do not know when the parcel will arrived. I will never use their services again!!
