MY PARCEL WAS TAMPERED WITH

I received my package via The Courier Guy today and it had been tampered with. Someone had opened my package! The audacity. The person who delivered the package, Happy, didn't even bother to day anything about the package upon delivery.

Even worse, when I called The Courier Guy customer service, the lady who answered was was nonchalant about my query, didn't apologize - nothing.

For a service that deals with packages you'd think they would take customer service seriously.

I'm bitterly disappointed.

Now I had to call around to make sure everything I ordered was delivered because I can't open the parcel - IT'S A PRESENT!
