MY PARCEL WAS RETURNED TO THE HUB

Courier guy Ladysmith has the most terrible service.They returned my parcel to their hub.After I did not receive any call from them.I was waiting from them since the morning,I kept checking outside as it was raining.Shein must do something about them Fastway is soo much better.
