My parcel not collected for 4 straight days

I've used Courier guy for almost 10years and I have an almost perfect experience but on this particular occasion I've had a nightmare their driver just doesnt collect my parcel he is just canceling my orders and I'm unable to cancel online as is grayed out,its impossible to get to the support team.
