My parcel arrived at its location but no pin was sent to the correct person to tmretrieve it

My parcel arrived at its location but no pin was sent to the correct person to tmretrieve it. I then attempted to contact customer service through email and whatsapp. Email was useless, no one got back to me. I got a response on whatsapp from the first person bit she took over an hour for each response. The 2nd person helped me. Good pricing but bad customer service
