My numbers are *** please help me I have lost hope and my business reputation is being ruined by The Corrier Guy

Am actually take my work time to write this email,there was a time I was Angry and fed up, now am sad and tired this company I do not even wish anyone to consider working with them, I am a young entrepreneur who is pushing a business that is doing very well but I the corrier guy is really ruining my reputation, I dropped of a package in their branch in Joburg which was going to Venda which was supposed to take 72 hours but even today the parcel hasn't reached the customer and its really bad for my business,the corrier guy I believe they wer supposed to be in touch with me but they are quite evreyday from last week Wednesday I have been call they answer and immediately hang up,luckily on Friday I talked with them from the regional branch in polokwane and they said it will be delivered on Monday, Monday comes and there's nothing they are not even calling I had to go to Google and check other portal to communicate with them because they where not answering their phone,I then decided to call again and then they answered I talked to this other lady from the regional office in polokwane and she said she will check for me and she said she is seeing a note that says the parcel will be delivered today on Tuesday, today I woke and called the regional office in polokwane again I talked with a guy his name is Johannes he said the parcel is still in the hub in pietersburg and there's no movement and he told me that they just sent a message that says the parcel will be delivered tomorrow am really tore of this company they keep on having excuses wethout any reason please help me..
