My fault for not getting my delivery

I used rate the courier guy as the best since I am self employed and delivering stuff to my client. I am still waiting for my overnight delivery parcel that was send out last week Friday. Even today I have not received. I tried to communicate with them by email and I was told it's all my fault they couldn't get me. Funny part is that I always have my fone with me and it works perfectly fine.... only giving if them wants to call me I suppose.
