my customer packages are always damaged

I don't understand what this company does to packages? do they throw them do they fight with the packages, all my clients are complaining about receiving damaged goods, what is worse is that every package i send has a fragile sticker on it, so i don't know what more do they want. POSTNET on the other hand are darlings they, they even open the package with you to check if al is well. not these nonsense people from courier guy
