Mthatha branch poor service

They have unfortunately become the worst courier service you could ever use. Even Paxi performs way better than them.

The branch in Mthatha will call and ask you to meet them in town if they feel like the address on the parcel is too far for them. If you are unable to do so, they won’t deliver your parcel. They will keep returning it to their hub.

I am still waiting for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered 5days ago but they keep on returning it to their offices while they made me wait at work promising to deliver. It was only when I tried to track the order again when I realised they have returned it back to hub!!!
