Mr Courier Guy (Vryburg hub) ********** service

I posted a parcel on the 10th of December and to date, no parcel has been received. Their tracking app, shows items are at one of their hub (Vryburg), What is even more worse is the client didn't even receive an sms/any communication whatsoever with delivery time or tracking number, yet on the 19th December they claimed "attempted delivery fail" and I gave them alternative numbers for in case of any network issues but still nothing, phone are unanswered even to date. I sent countless emails to customer support but I could tell they are helpless, they merely respond to emails but are not probing/intervening with the concerned hub for delivery. I was hoping that atleast they would have delivered by yesterday or today but NO! Today is the second week of no delivery😭, Is this Logistic company above the law?? Hopefully, there is a responsible Ombudsman/Tribunal, I demand justice for the service I paid for. I refuse to be gaslit, they advertised their services, claim to have hubs all over, the delivery address was picked up on their system, I paid for their services now when it comes to delivering items they duck & dive, NO!
