Most useless Courier service ever ,THE COURIER GUY.

I pudo a Parcel from Kuruman Courier Guy to Atlantis . This parcel was shipped on 8 April and on 14 April the parcel was supposed to be in the locker. Instead of my parcel a lady from Mosselbay's parcel was in my locker. My parcel was nowhere to be found. I contacted Customercare immediately they said they will escalate the matter and will call me. Up until now no one contacted me. I got in touch with Kuruman Courier Guy all they say is "they are investigating "and "they are awaiting footage from Johannesburg". It's almost 2 weeks since this box is gone and The Courier Guy don't have answers. They are useless and their communication skills is more useless. That box was for my mom and dad almost worth +-R2000 worth of goods that's now gone ,thanks to The Courier Guy.PUDOP***
