Most Unreliable Courier I have dealt with

I have not had a single success story with The Courier Guy. They are really unreliable. Shipping is never on time and from time to time packages get lost. You call the call centre and no one seems to know what’s going on at other facilities. You get sent to wrong places to pick up packages (which should have been delivered in the first place). When you pay for a service, you expect to get what you paid for... don’t expect that with The Courier Guy. I personally will never use them.
