Most unreachable Customer Services Ever!

They are uncontactable by phone...they dont answer. Their WhatsApp which is manned by bots struggles to transfer me to a human consultant. The consultant takes 5 minutes to respond to my message, every time. I started chatting to the consultant at 10:40 and it's now 11:05 and the issue is not resolved because she responds at 5 minute intervals. This is the worst Constomer Service I've ever received. I've been trying to resolve this since 08:32 this morning.
