MOST PATHETIC SERVICE

I wish there was a lower rating. Pathetic service. I made a payment on 20 November 2020 and we are at 10 December 2020. The money has not been allocated to my account. I have phoned in multiple times and sent multiple emails with no response at all. This is THE WORST SERVICE I have ever received. This business should rather just close their doors.
