MOST HORRIBLE PATHETIC SERVICES

I have received the most horrible pathetic services from Courier Guy in Vryburg. They received my parcel from Johannesburg on the 9th April 2022 and sent me an SMS that my parcel will be delivered before the end of the day. Until today I have not received my parcel and its very important. I called their offices in Vryburg and I spoke to the two rude people who doesn't know what is customer services all they know is to talk over the customer and not listen, they just exchange phones without even making you aware. They had the audacity to tell me that my parcel is not with them anymore its with the 3rd party I don't know how is that my concern as they work with 3rd party its their responsibility to make sure customers needs are met. They told me my parcel will only be delivered on the 20th because of a holiday. So from the 9th I have no idea what nonsense is that. They told me that they will call me back yesterday until now they are still dialing my number. I NEED MY PARCEL DELIVERED BEFORE THE END OF TODAY. I am done using this courier its pathetic.
