Most Horrible and Worst service ever

The courier guy service is absolutely horrible.We got our parcel packaged and placed in the pods the provide in the malls where they pickup and deliver and provide tracking number but however on my very first attempt on using this service we where horrified by the absolutely useless and unaccounted service provided by this company they mixed up our package with another persons order and delivered the wrong goods to my client and then refuse to answer and provide feedback.They now refuse to take my calls and my goods are at a lost 😡 ….. each time I contact them they put me thru someone else and eventually it’s just goes nowhere and is very frustrating please can someone help … totally upset by my experience
