Mixed up addresses and lost parcel

The courier guy Thohoyandou is ruining my business the collected 4 parcels and they mixed up all the addresses i found out even before they delivered them to my clients and asked them to deliver to correct address by they delivered them anyway and it took a month for them to deliver to the correct address but still now they lost 1 parcel worth R1500. I would give 0 star if i could even their customer service or or head office cant help on anything they send me back to people who collected my parcel who are unable to solve my problem.
