Mix up of parcels

Hi I use corrier guy every day., they do not want to explain in details what they do with our parcel once collected in the locker. I only get information that they scan and take it to the warehouse from there to client. I have parcels that was sent ladiesmith Cape town instead of Ladysmith KZN. I was told that I am the one I wrote address wrong I felt very confused how does that happen cause when am rapping I don't do alone he confirms address with me before carrying on with booking on the app. It is so sad for someone to believe you when there is no proof cause it also changed on my app when I go back see what I wrote. Now the second one with reference ***1 it was also send wrong in Cape town I thank God that this one I have proof and my client was told to re book. How can you reap off your clients corrier guy with your own mistakes that you don't want to be reliable with? I am not happy at all with kind of service you render
