Mistreatment

They withheld my staff because they gave me a different quote from what they wanted me to pay when my items arrived, they quoted me 1500 and wanted me to pay 5900. Because the guy that helped me, took the dimensions of with cm instead of mm, and for some aud reasons that is my fault. Now the guy is on leave for the whole week. They east London manager is not helping me and want me to pay that ridiculous amount because of their employee.
