Missing parcels

I am extremely annoyed and angry at the courier guy, we have missing parcels of which they are not willing to take responsibility they 1st started saying we paid short money we owe a balance, but they went to a customer place why did they go at 1st place of we were still owing a balance after paying they delivered missing parcels we have been trying to contact them without any luck i am angry honestly.
