Missing parcel Vaal depot

Very disappointed with the service I'm getting when I'm quering a missing parcel . I received the sms pin on the 6th May for collection. The locker did not open so I was unable to collect. I advise them the very same day and was asked to provide my home adress they will deliver the parcel at my house. Time went by no delivery. After 3rd day I started quering again the response I'm getting is they will check with the driver which is now more than 3 weeks meaning they never did. I've called and send emails seems like they are not bothered that my parcel is missing. I keep getting the same answer today I was told can't I call the driver how will I know whose the driver, his details it their driver I don't know him. No body cares that I'm missing a parcel which was people's orders whose will be responsible to pay for them as I couldn't deliver without the parcel.
