Missing parcel refund

LOCK**********4 I sent this parcel early December, it arrived in PE and went out but never reached the locker. Weeks later after having been sent from pillar to post I'm told it has gone missing. I have filled in forms to claim several times. I still have not been paid my customer's money back. There is no communication from your side.
