Missing parcel

I had a parcel that was rerouted and a very kind consultant by the name of Thabo was so helpful & kind. We had a whatsapp chat and he went out of his way to call me, picking up the distress in my voice, he made a couple of calls with the driver and called me back to inform me about the progress of my package.
