Missing parcel

Yesterday 2025/10/29 I received a WhatsApp message about my parcel that is out for delivery and it will be delivered before 17h00. I waited for my parcel but nothing was delivered even now there is no communication from them they are just quiet. My waybill number is ZA***. This is not the 1st incident on the 25th I had to spend my own money and go to their depot in Kokstad (1hr) drive from where I stay to collect my parcel and they failed to communicate even on the 24th of October so this is the second time and there is no communication skills at all. Even now I dont know where is my parcel no one is saying anything to me they are quiet.
