Missing parcel and leaking bottles

I have a very bad experience with courier guy deliveries, I have lost so much money I’m furious right now because my client didn’t receive all her order once again. Other bottles were leaking and others packages are missing I really want them to refund me this time around there’s always missing parcels I can’t take it anymore I’m losing money everyday.
