Missing Parcel

My parcel is missing and The courier guy claim that they delivered the parcel to my client on the 28/07/26 however my client received a message from them stating she must collect the parcel on the 30/07/26. So, right there it shows that there is a problem. No one is taking accountability. On the 3rd/08/26 someone called me to apologise about this whole thing and promised me that they got the parcel, and it will be delivered the next day.

Until today no one knows where the parcel is. Waybill number KD-PHT503. I'm concern about this whole thing because I use The courier guy to deliver my parcels now if they are not safe it's something else.
