Missing Parcel

I’m absolutely appalled but the ********** service or lack there of. On 07/01/22 I dropped off parcels for delivery in Johannesburg. Only 3 out of the 4 boxes were delivered! I immediately flashed this and asked the gentleman to please document the shortage on the waybill.

I’ve made every effort to track my parcel with absolutely no response from The Courier. It is now the end of January and still no word.

I have a long email trail on me speaking to my self basically.

Absolutely appalled!
