Missing Parcel

The Courier Guy was supposed to deliver my parcel on 7 July 2023 but it went missing. The Courier Guy was willing to refund me but at this day nothing. They requested my Id and proof of bank account. The value of this parcel is R9000 and is in a urgent need for it . only promises !
