Missing parcel

I dropped 2 parcel on the 22nd of November in East London to Johannesburg. I used a friends address because I would arrive in Johannesburg after a week. They delivered one parcel on the 1st December and I have been sending them emails regarding my parcel and it is 2 weeks now and they telling me that they will send it tomorrow. Now I give them a new address of where I am staying because my friend is not available at the moment, they tell me they can’t change the address how? when it is their fault. They say I have to book for it to change meaning I have to pay mind you I already paid R700 for those things.
