Missing parcel

I booked a collection and put my parcel in a lock in Northriding on the 24 February 2022 and suppose to reach receiver in 2-4 and this has not happened no one has an explanation what happened to my parcel. Its either you cannot get hold of anyone, get cut off & when I finally spoke to Lorinda and the best solution is to wait for 15 days for a claim to be resolved for their mess up.. I am extremely frustrated, and no one is will to take responsibility
